MTB 16-Week Performance Plan

A progressive 16-week plan for trail and endurance riders. Builds aerobic base, strength, and interval capacity through three structured phases.

Frequently asked

Do I need a power meter or heart rate monitor?
No. All sessions are prescribed using RPE — Rate of Perceived Exertion — on a scale of 1-10. A power meter or heart rate monitor adds useful data but is not required to follow the plan effectively.
How do I access my training plan?
After purchase you receive a welcome email with a private Notion link. Click the link to open your plan in any browser — no Notion account required. The plan is accessible on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Yes — cancel any time via the billing portal linked in your welcome email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.
What if the plan feels too hard or too easy?
Contact your coach via the support chat or email. Sessions can be adapted to your current fitness level and the plan can be modified around injury, illness, or schedule changes.
Is there a refund policy?
Pay in full purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than two weeks of the plan. Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
